I'm 20 years old and I feel like i should be able to buy tobacco products as I have been since I turned 18 this is not fair to people whose been buying and now they cant

It's unfair to allow something to someone rather of it's a year or a couple of months and than take it away. Can't give freedoms then change up. I also believe if you're old enough to serve you should be granted the right to smoke or drink.

I think this is ridiculous bc this is only going to increase the amount of young teens connect to older adults to get what they need. Not only will this lead to forced sex in return for goods/purchases, but it increases the epidemic of young teenage smokers. We know the risks but let us quit on our own instead of going cold turkey on hs

Making this law wont change the minds of people who have been smoking for years. For children under 18, I'm sure it will make a difference, but I turn 21 in 3 months, no need for me to not be able to buy tobacco products

My opinion is if someone was 18 and was purchasing tobacco products before the law passed for the age 21 they should be allowed to continue to purchase

I think it should be legal for the people who are 18,19,&20 who are already smoking it's kinda messed up to just change it so suddenly. We already cant drink til 21 cut us some slack

If your going to raise the age of tobacco consumption might as well raise the age to join the service
