Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

Can fight ina war but cant by a smoke. Sounds Legit

I believe that it is unfair that the law has changed for kids already of age

If you can fight for our country at 18 you should be able to buy a pack of cigs is how I feel

I turned 18 before the tobacco law changed. I was buying tobacco products way before the age changed to 21. I never had or would purchase a tobacco product for a minor who is not fit to make that conscious decision by themselves and that goes for all the other 18-year-olds that I know. If I can sign up to go to war and die from my country, then I should be able to buy tobacco products. If you are of age before a law changes in cases like this, we should be grandfathered into the law. This age change has made it harder for me to get my tobacco products and made me have to break the law and have somebody of age buy me my tobacco products now. If anything this law has made people 18 that were able to buy tobacco products now break the law and have to have somebody else by it for them.

Its not fair to the people who were already buying tobacco products before the law went into effect, how the ones who already smoke? They will still find a way to get it

I feel it is stupid to raise the age but if they r everyone who was already 18 should still be able to buy them

Ive been legally smoking for the past 2 years and now im no longer able to buy tabaco products for annother 2 years its a little upsetting to the tabaco sales industries nobe the less

You shouldn’t get a age group addicted to smoking, then rip there tights away from them after they became addict to smoking in the first place.
