The job has plenty of administrative and or training jobs they could let you do. Tell them you identify as a woman and I’m sure they’ll find a spot.

There’s no reason Division can’t at the very least find a HQ position for Tpr Buchanan. Lord knows many an unqualified and less deserving Tpr has been hidden there.

Even the US Military has tried this in the past and as long as the injured member meets the standard, the member is allowed to return to duty.

NYSP prides itself on being the best of the best. I would gladly stand shoulder to shoulder with this competent Trooper. Give him the opportunity to prove himself fit for full and strenuous duty. I'm sure he will outshine a lot of our existing workforce!

Division allowed leg amputee back several years ago, if you can pass all requirements, an exception should be made.
