If he meets all criteria and is capable of doing the job, he should be able to keep it.

Allow this Trooper the opportunity to continue his career. Let’s start taking real care our greatest assets which are the uniformed Men and Women of the NYSP.

A trooper who has proven himself on this job and is able to meet the requirements, should not be forced out. It’s sad this needs to be discussed.

Never heard of or met the guy, but after losing his right eye he decides to stay on the job in these terrible times tells me a lot about his character. If he meets the standards then he should stay.

If he meets the same standards as everyone else then there should be no reason why he shouldn’t be afforded the same opportunity to do so.

Brian is a great asset to NYSP and deserves a chance to return to full duty.

I see no reason why Tpr. Buchanan could not return to duty

There's no reason this Trooper cannot perform his duties.
