I am writing in respectful appeal that the lockers located on the basement and sub-basement floors of Kimball Hall (246 Greene Street), currently being used as "lab coat holders," be reinstituted as "student lockers". In the past, these lockers served as a cost-effective and convenient medium for the busy Nursing Students at the College to store his/her belongings (i.e. heavy textbooks, clothing, bags, personal items, etc.) in between frequent commute to classes, clinical/lab, and other on- and off-campus events. As Students and Clients of NYU College of Nursing, we kindly request that you please reconsider the current employment of the Kimball Hall lockers, and understand that, from our perspective, these could be put to more efficient and resourceful use by our Students.
