Fresh Clinics run all their training to the regulations I have never had any issues, nurses run hospitals under the direction of doctors and RNs exactly the same as the fresh start clinics

These legislation changes are completely unfair. There is no limitations of nurses working in the aged care or rural space with scheduled medicine, how can autonomy be given to some RN’s and not others. These changes are just political and financially driven by doctors affecting our ability to make a living.

Mandating that all cosmetic clinics have a doctor physically present would undermine nurse-led businesses and fail to address the core issue. Given the existing shortage of doctors, such a requirement would escalate treatment costs, potentially driving clients toward cheaper, unregulated providers. This could result in higher risks of complications and safety concerns

I have always felt safe without a doctor being present , the clinic always follows guidelines and is very professional

Who is paying the doctors wage to sit in clinic all day. I’m sure a doctor would rather be doctoring in a practice or hospital not a boxtox room.

This will devastate the industry if it goes ahead, taking away jobs and business from well trained educated nurses

This decision threatens the livelihoods of experienced registered nurses and could force many businesses to close. Nurse-led clinics provide safe, affordable care and these changes would drastically limit patient access. I urge the Health Minister to reconsider and support a fair and practical approach that acknowledges the expertise and dedication of registered nurses.

Cosmetics By Briony as an experienced Registered Cosmetic Nurse believe we do not require a Dr on site to treat patients. In all medical settings Nurse's have provided patient care and treatment.

My good friend is a registered nurse practitioner
And has worked exceedingly hard to uphold the highest standards within her at home clinic. To take this business away from her would be extremely disappointing after her years of study and funds she has invested to help her patients.

The impacts this would have on business owners, and the community is not good.

Making current nurse injectors have a Dr in clinic is ridiculous after the thousands they have spent and keep spending on training. These nurses are trained just as well if. It better than a Dr are they going to have to do the extra training the nurses have already spent the time and money for? Support what we have already withought driving business under.

I’m against closing down nurse led cosmetic clinics. I personally have been to a very well run & professional nurse run clinic and couldn’t have been any happier with the service provided.

I strongly disagree with the closure of nurse LED clinics.
