It is time for congress to start working on considerations and suggestions with and from us tax practitioners. Tax laws should be passed one year in advance before any implementation and without unnecessary delays to extenders.

The message at the IRS says call back another day. I can't believe it.

This is just common sense and common courtesy. It should not have to be in a petition.

We tax practitioners face difficult filing with Congress passing tax law so late in the year. This needs to be changed to service our clients better.

I couldn't agree more. There is no common sense at all in most parts of government

Good luck and please keep me informed. It would help if they would hire competant people. My experiance is that you can't get the same answer from 2 different people

If our elected officials are concerned with Tax Payer frustration lets do something to solve the problem. I have an issue that has been going on for 3 years, ridiculous!

Highly needed! Thanks for putting this together.

Waiting on the phone for 2 1/2 hours just to be hung up on is ridiculous. Its not fair to the taxpayers nor to the tax professional trying to get an issue resolved.

We waste a lot of time trying to get answers from the IRS. I set aside time to call, refusing appointments to do so, and I get the "Sorry there are to many calls, call back another day". This cost us time and money.
