Tired of dealing with these people. Why should I have to fight to get my own money back after a year of perfect payments? Just send the check already.
NRG is a nightmare to deal with. Policies need to be clear and they need to stop acting like they own our deposits.
refund my money. stop keeping it as credit when I pay my bills on time every month.
Ridiculous that they demand a deposit when I have perfect payment history with every other utility I have used. Get with the times.

Total scam. They held my money for two years and gave me some runaround about why it wasnt back in my pocket. Cash it out like you promised.
