SHOULD REMAIN ZONED R-30; NO MORE BUILDING; WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND WE HAVE A LARGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS HIGH DENSITY TRAFFIC AREA; FOR ONCE THINK ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE PRECIOUS CHILDREN, WHO ATTEND "KEMP" ELEMENTARY. (KYLE FARMS HAS NOT EVEN STARTED TO SETTLE YET AND THAT WILL BE OVER 200 HOMES, WHEN COMPLETED); WHY IS THIS EVEN UP FOR DISCUSSION?

THIS WOULD BE A DISASTER...TRAFFIC IS EXTREMELY HEAVY EVEN WITHOUT THE ADDITION OF KYLE FARM RESIDENTS! (THIS SUBDIVISION WILL HAVE OVER 200 HOMES AND, AS FAR AS WE KNOW NO HOMES HAVE BEEN SOLD, YET!!!) AT LEAST, THIS LAND IN QUESTION SHOULD REMAIN ZONED R-30. WHY ARE YOU CONSIDERING REZONING ANYWAY; THIS WILL DEFINITELY LOWER PROPERTY VALUES. WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR HOME HERE, WE WERE ASSURED THERE WOULD BE NO REZONING IN THE AREA AND WE EXPECT COBB COUNTY TO LET THIS REMAIN R-30 ZONING. THE SITUATION OF SO MUCH TRAFFIC IN THIS AREA IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN; WITH AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SETTING IN THE MIDST OF THIS NIGHTMARE THE QUESTION IS WHY WOULD THIS EVEN BE UP FOR DISCUSSION?????

No more building! Enough! At what point do we stop building structures? It now takes me over an hour to go 6 miles each morning to my job. Stop the building!

Not in favor of the RSL development. Traffic at Corner Road is already backed up enough.

Just follow the land use plan.

The traffic is already unbelievable.

The County should stick with the land use plan and current zoning unless there is a compelling reason to rezone. I'm not aware of a compelling need to rezone this land.

Windsong is currently mass producing homes in the new senior living neighborhood on Bullard Road. Do they honestly think we need a "Senior Living Subdivision" on the next street over? Seriously!!!!

The Retreat at Lost Mtn. off Lost Mtn. Rd. Is a CS neighborhood. Conservation Neighborhood due to the neighbors surrounding the land. This neighborhood being across the street from a school should be the same.

There is simply too much traffic for Lost Mountain Road, not to mention that this would increase the danger to the children at Kemp.

We have to stop developing. Macland rd is already a traffic problem

The traffic generated will feed even more congestion to already overloaded roads leading out of this area

Stick to the zoning plan. Don't increase density. Why have a overall plan if it is not used? Citizens need to know that a plan is real.

Over-development is the product of small minds.

I am opposed to this development. For the sake of child safety, traffic flow, environmental and community impact PLEASE don't approve this zoning request.

This proposal is for 1200 sq. ft. homes - detached apartments!

There is already too much traffic and the new subdivision across the road is going to magnify this.
