As a resident of the area near the Z-75 zoning request, I strongly oppose this development. I'm opposed to it primarily for how it will change the make up of what's been built and planned in the area of West Cobb. To have 3x the number of homes on lots originally slated to have 1x home, is a huge increase for West Cobb.

We do not have nor will we be able to add the infrastructure including and especially traffic management for a development of the requested density in this location.,

This will drastically increase traffic and the intersection of Mars Hill/Lost Mountain and Dallas highway is already a problem area! This is also not representative of the zoning area we want to live in. This is an area for single family homes not high density living.

Please do not keep changing the Land use Plan. No point in having a plan if it is just disregarded.

Weatherford has already raped much of West Cobb. We need him out of office ASAP to save what's left of our lovely area. He DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN. All he cares about is the power and benefits that accrue to him from the development industry.

I am OPPOSED to this project because of the potential impact to this area. The infrastructure does not support the high density of this project.

The rezoning of this property to a higher density development will create more traffic on an already congested area of Lost Mountain Road. If this is to be done, a traffic plan needs to be incorporated to address the number of vehicles that will frequently drive through this area.

We already have a huge new subdivision right across the street, Kyle Farms, which is just coming up. In the ten years that we have lived off of Corner Road,my commute has almost doubled in the last couple of years. I can not imagine what all of this new development is going to do to it. Please do not ruin our area with more congestion.

This does not meet the Steinberg criteria and has utility and value as currently zoned.

Our legislators sold us out with the Brave's Stadium and now they want to create sardine housing. If this proposed housing was a good idea there would be no reason for the contractor to make the contribution he made. Our country is rapidly becoming third world.

Z-75 cannot be allowed to go forward with the rezoning the developer desires. This parcel is directly across Lost Mountain Rd from the Kyle property where 208 new homes are about to start. Adding another 140 homes in Z-75 is untenable in the face of the already-gridlocked Lost Mountain Rd. We must stay with the current Land Use Plan and not add more than the 50 homes allowed by Plan.
