More houses isn't always good. I love the beautiful woods, the traffic is already terrible and we don't need more!

I am not in favor of the rezoning for higher density RSL. The elementary school is at capacity currently.

Corner Road has an existing heavy traffic problem now. Once Kyle Farm is developed it wil be out of control. Allowing this many homes to be built across the street will make it unbearable.

Dear city planning
We do not need to add more subdivisions when we already have serious traffic issues. We live in Cobb because we love it. We don't want longer commutes and busier roads.

I strongly oppose rezoning this area to RSL with 136 homes. Now Lost Mountain Road is backed up from Dallas Highway past Oakleigh twice each week.day. With 208 new homes coming in the same section of Lost Mountain Road will only back up traffic even more. We do not want a possible Section 8 to result from RSL.

What happens when they can't sell all of the homes to 55+? Once you overdevelop an area, you can't undo that.

The last thing we need is another retirement community that doesn't pay school taxes. There are currently 4 in developement. Traffic is terrible at this intersection, right across from our elementary school.

Stop this re-zone to stop this dense housing development. Big numbers must show up on Sep 20 to make an impact at the Cobb BOC meeting.
