Z-75

Stop high density residential building in West COBB at the corner of Lost Mtn Rd and Corner Rd. Traffic is a nightmare now on Lost Mtn Rd.

We should be fixing traffic congestion rather than jamming more people and homes into spaces that are already a problem. This project should be rejected with prejudice.

Too much traffic in such a small area.

I am 100% against this proposed development. Please sir, vote against this project and support your constituents. Thank you in advance.

No high density

West Cobb is overloaded with the 55 plus communities. I cannot believe that feasibility studies would show that we need another one! Just go down Dallas Highway, Stilesboro, Mars Hill, Butler a creek and Cedarcrest. How many more do we need??

Please stop overbuilding West Cobb. Stick to what is approved on the plan and quit putting the onus on the taxpayers to shoulder to problems this overbuilding creates. The only one who benefits from this is the developer and they don't pay the taxes here-they probably don't even live here! Vote NO on Z-75.

This area already has significant traffic issues and cannot handle a high density development.

We oppose the zoning on Corner Road due to impact to schools and traffic. We also oppose the zoning between entrances to Echo Mill.

Although we can't expect to have trees and wildlife as our neighbors forever, the density of this zoning proposal is unacceptable. R-30 for 42 homes will be development enough for our already strained elite school system here in West Cobb. I am opposed to the development of Z-75 at all, but vehemently opposed to the 136 home approach. Traffic is clearly a concern as well as proximity to Kemp Elementary.

RSL is way too dense. Traffic problems would increase exponentially and ditto for road maintenance.

I live in the area and use Lost Mountain Rd, Corner Rd, and the area is already heavily congested during rush hour times. I strongly oppose the Z-75 rezoning of the property across the street from Kemp Elementary.

I am against the construction of high density housing across from Kemp Elementary School.

This could set a very bad precedent for Future development and have a negative impact on quality of living for current and future residents.

I do not think this rezoning is a good idea for our area simply because we have enough congestion as it is with all the new construction already in progress.

I completely oppose Z75 & strongly believe the lots density / size needs to be revised as well as take in part the increase in traffic matter.

I strongly oppose rezoning this area to RSL with 136 homes. Lost Mountain Road is already extremely congested with traffic. I ask that our representatives vote no to the new rezoning measure.

This area is already too congested and doesn't need additional development.

What is it with West Cobb and so many RSL's? This is just out of control what the PC & BOC are doing to Cobb County. It is all about money in their pockets, nothing else. The PC & BOC don't care about the residents whatsoever. I'm disgusted with all of them and the damage they are doing to Cobb County.

No new housing development, we are too congested now.
