you cannot build any more on Lost Mountain road, Kyle Farm is building a lot of houses which will make the traffic worse so you cannot let another builder make it even worse by building more, I don't care they are retirement homes, they still drive and it is a nightmare driving around here as it is now. Paulding county are building more houses too and how do they travel ? Dallas Highway, as we all have to and it just cannot take any more traffic, or Lost mountain road either, please don't let anyone build anything else here !

The traffic on Lost Mountain Road up to Dallas Highway in the evening rush hour is already backed up for one mile or more for hours.

This is too high a density development and completely inconsistent with the other neighborhoods and the ability of the local roads to support the increase in traffic.

Traffic is out of control. Currently it takes 20 minutes during rush hour to drive from corner Road and lost mountain to Dallas Highway . It's only gonna get worse. It's less than a mile

Stay with R=30 plan. It's better for the citizens of Cobb County given existing traffic issues. Has Developer experienced existing traffic now during commute and when parents drop and pickup kids? Probably not or doesn't care about residents. Cobb County Gov should care and stand up for Residents. Especially given volume of other new Developments in area. Seniors won't want to be stuck in the traffic either.

I am opposed to the rezoning of this property as the roads cannot handle the volume of traffic we have now.

The traffic down Lost Mountain is bad enough already. It is daily that first I am almost rear ended trying to turn into my sub division then I have wait over 15 minutes trying to turn out to get to Dallas Hwy.

I am opposed to this proposal. Traffic will be horrible and residential development will impact the schools and cause overcrowding.

Sir,
Please come out to Lost Mountain Road any day between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00 and sit in the bumper to bumper traffic. It is already out of control without the Kyle Farm subdivision. Now they want to add 135 more home. STOP the development. We do not want to be East Cobb!!
