This development already is one mile south. The homes are boxes and 10 feet apart and are an eyesore even on Bullard. If it doesn't fit there having been established onto Macland with access to church, why is their a money-grab to do it right in front of Kemp. Density is insane for this heavily used corridor.

This not what Cobb county needs. Enough already... Think of the citizens in the area for once and not the almighty dollar for the builders to squeeze whatever they want and for county to expand the tax base to pay for the Braves.

This is a safety issue. the area is not set up to accommodate such a development. without sidewalks or proper roads and such high traffic someone is going to get hurt. if there is a disaster your trapped no evacuation possibility. thuis is a danger to our community.

It would bring too much traffic. The roads also are not properly set up with sidewalks and bike paths. It is terrible that when new roads are built, bike paths and sidewalks are not made properly We pay twice, once to set up the roads and again to go back and add sidewalks.

Traffic is already out of control. We are still don't know the impact of the new homes being built at Conner road and lost mountain. What happens to the safety of our children.

I am strongly opposed to the rezoning. Oakleigh residents already have a hard time exiting the subdivision during morning and evening rush hour.

We do not have the roads to take MORE traffic. We cannot keep building without the roads to support it. The developers should help build the roads to support the growth. PLEASE lets have a Master plan to accommodate the traffic.

the traffic on Lost mountain road is unbearable already. The new subdivision at corner/lost mountain that is already being built will add more traffic. Kemp elementary is traffic in itself. We do not need to add even more.

Strongly oppose this Johnny come lately high density development at Corner Rd and Lost Mtn road. Congestion will be greatly magnified to this already congested area in mornings and afternoons.
