To any friends who live in West Cobb, please sign this petition! The proposed rezoning will only benefit the developers, while adding hundreds of more cars on the road each day, and we have yet to feel the impact from Kyle Farm which is currently under development. Traffic on Lost Mtn Rd is already heinous during rush hour. High density housing will slowly turn West Cobb into East Cobb if we allow it, and which point my family is moving elsewhere...

Concerned about traffic impact for school and doing what's best for parents who contribute to school taxes - not a developer who will be gone once it's sold out.

This is not in line with what the community desires. Furthermore, the people of this community are dedicated to good schools and do not need so many more senior residents who don't pay school taxes.

Not in favor of this project. Too many unknowns and non-current information.

traffic in this area is a nightmare as it is today, much less adding this development to the equation. Further, property values and thus taxable values will suffer with a development such as this.

With the large new neighborhood across the street being completed, two other large neighborhoods in immediate area on Lost Mountain and an elementary school, the traffic is already congested.
Tsking the area and donating for park or green space would make more sense.

Very concerned about the impact of additional traffic on Lost Mt. Road and Corner Road! People in the 55+ category are very active and on the road a lot! The impact of the traffic coming from the subdivision Kyle Farm will also be a major concern for traffic congestion! We do not need another high density development on Lost Mountain Road!

Completely opposed to any more building in this area. We are crowed and congested beyond belief. Kyle Farm is building now and adding to our already overcrowded roads, schools, utilities. Rush hour traffic is a nightmare as it is. Trying to get out of our subdivision now takes a long time, not to mention the safety risk of being in an accident! The additional time it takes to go only a few miles is a negative lifestyle impact for all of us.

Traffic is already out of control in the Lost Mountain Rd, Corner Road area. 136 homes will only add congestion. Many 55+ people still work and will be accessing the roads during rush hour.
We have not yet seen the impact of the traffic that will be coming from the 208 new homes in the Kyle Farm Subdivision across the street.

Please do not build in this area. It is too congested with traffic and not ideal for seniors. Not to mention there is a subdivision being built currently and we have yet to see how these new homes will impact the community.

I moved here as a senior to this high density cracker jack box lots and 1200 sq ft homes... Live in front of Serenade by Windsong and it's an eyesore that doesn't match the first phase by a completely different builder.
