I oppose this high density development.

This development ensures even greater traffic congestion in an already crowded and dense area. Please reconsider this zoning change.

I am strongly opposed to permitting high density development which is inconsistent with the current land use plan and would seriously impact already congested traffic in the area - especially impacting Kemp Elementary School across the street.

Dear Commissioner Weatherford, The current zoning allows for 50 homes, the proposal for the new 55+ community is for 136 homes or approximately 3 times more than the current zoning. Please don't approve a zoning change to permit this development. The community has high traffic density as it is, and many residences from further west use Corner Road as a pass through creating even more traffic and at high speeds. Zoning is not in line with area. Roads are already overburdened. No traffic turn arrows for corner road on Macland, or Macland to Corner rd. Traffic has doubled on Lost Mountain rd and Mars Hill without any road travel lane increases in last 15 years. Traffic is already using residental streets in area to bypass Lost Mountain road gridlock.

Don't build this neighborhood. It'll screw up the traffic on Corner rd.

I am against the high density development of the Windsong Properties due to the enormous amount of traffic already in this area.

with the new Kyle farms development and current traffic flow, the location in question is already overloaded. Traffic without additional lanes will cause a backup that will lead to travel times from Kemp to Dallas Highway at at least 20 minutes+. I'm not sure the extra tax money is worth severely inconveniencing the current residences in this area.

The density is too high and the house sizes too small as compared to the general community. I am also concerned that long term this will convert into "any age" development becoming nothing more than rental units.

The infrastructure of our area is not enough for the multiple high density developments that are proposed.

My family and I oppose the development of this property. Higher density and tripling the current zoning for our area is a huge concern. As well as the traffic increase with Kyle Farm developing across from Kemp. Last, the entrance does not need to be created across the street from Kemp.

These homes are too small and too high density for this area. The builder needs to reconsider the type of product he wants to place here. Homes should be more of the size of the previous Trinity Village with lower density.

There is already too much traffic on lost mountain road .

I agree with the concerns of the people on here. Traffic is already insane on Macland rd, Lost Mtn rd, and Dallas Hway. The county must address the traffic issues here before allowing more development. We're losing the quality of life that we've enjoyed courtesy low density in west cobb.

No to rezoning.

Cobb really needs to address the traffic issue(s) on Lost Mountain, Dallas Highway and Whitlock Avenue before any new developments are considered. Just because there is land in existence does not mean that it needs to be developed.

How many 55+ neighborhoods does West Cobb need? There is one on every corner it seems. I am over 55 and would not move into one of those neighborhoods if you paid me. Who wants all OLD neighbors? Give me a break.
