We don't need another subdivision on this already heavily traveled road. In, fact, we didn't need the one that is presently under construction that is across Lost Mt. Road now.
I pray the commissioners will vote it down.

This area already has too much traffic, and Kyle Farms will already cause problems when completed. Keep the zoning as it is.

Moved here 2 years ago for the quite and country like surroundings.
Builders are destroying what make the area beautiful.

We have so many senior and 55+ communities just going up around this area already that there is no way that we can know yet if there is even enough demand to use this property in that way. There is no way that Lost Mountain Rd can handle these additional properties. The traffic on that road in the mornings and starting at 4:00 p.m. each week day is already horrible. I can't imagine how bad it is going to be once Kyle Farms is finished. It is insane to even consider adding another neighborhood to that road.

This will put added stress on a already weak infrastructure. Over populating our area and decreasing our current value on our homes with major impact to our quality of life due to increased traffic times.

I am strongly opposed to allowing yet another subdivision to go in our area- across from a school and adding more traffic .

Keep the R-30 zoning! The roads can't currently hold traffic at high volume times now - imagine the gridlock with this new proposal and Kyle Farm. . .

This development is both unwanted and unnecessary.

Stop! Just stop! On our way to becoming another area that is out of balance. We will pay the consequences for our decisions.

Cobb County developers and Chamber of Commerce are out of control. A little wisdom and moderation goes a long way. Make sure to look up the next voting date for the commissioner positions.
