I am against any variance in West Cobb that allows for higher density developments than what the land is currently zoned for.

STOP allowing developers to build without improving infrastructure. Commute times are insane now. You have to get this under control or we will start voting for people who can vote down the developers.

Keep it R-30. Zoning to RSL would have an adverse impact on that area.

Long time resident of Oakleigh. Helped open Kemp Elem. too much traffic now! We moved here and not East Cobb because of the pastoral role setting. We hate what is happening to West Cobb. We hate to move but we may move further out to get away from all the traffic . Hillgrove high school is at capacity, shouldn't we take this into consideration before building new houses !

I am an Oakleigh resident and the traffic on Lost Mountain and Corner Road is already a mess. I can't imagine adding more houses in this area

West Cobb lacks the infrastructure to support the development that is already in the area. Traffic and commute times are out of control.

Absolutely against adding more homes to an already heavily congested area!

The surrounding roads cannot handle another large neighborhood. Traffic surrounding Kemp Elementary beginning and ending is a nightmare already. I cannot imagine how it will be when Kyle Farm is developed. If I wanted to live in a crowded area, I would have moved to East Cobb or Alpharetta for good schools.

We shouldn't have to keep fighting this battle of greed and lack of infrastructure. We don't want west Cobb to become like east Cobb which is why we moved here.

Amberton Resident against this zoning petition change. We can't get to Dallas Hwy today at rush hour and we have already been forced to except Kyle Farms. This area cannot expect to add more homes of any kind and not change any of the infrastructure. (widen roads, etc.. )

The traffic on Lost Mountain Road is incredibly heavy and is only going to get worse once Kyle Farms is completed. Adding yet another high density subdivision is too much for the current road system. Follow the Future Land Use Plan -- no rezoning!
