Far too dense particularly during morning and evening school traffic hours. Out of character for the area.

My family and I moved to Echo Mill because of the peace and quiet afforded by the area. We are vehemently against the development of this housing project.

I agree.....I don't want anymore developments, housing or shopping that, will affect traffic for this area in a negative way. However, one way to help would be if parents would put their little darlings on a school bus in the morning and afternoons.

I'm definitely opposed to the project Windsong wants to build. Lost Mtn. & Corner Rds. are already JAMMED. Our commissioners should not have approved Kyle Farms with the current Rd. System.

Traffic at this intersection is already overly congested and Kyle Farm is not even built out. As a local realtor who believes in home ownership, I am in favor of the current R-30 zoning to remain in place and not increase to RSL. In addition, I have been personally impacted as 6 years ago my oldest son was a pedestrian crossing Lost Mtn Road and was hit by a car. In six years, we have seen an increase in traffic on this road and do NOT need more! Our BOC must stand behind the homeowners of West Cobb. Please VOTE for current zoning to stand.

Lost Mountain can't handle the traffic that is just coming and going for work and headed to the schools. With the current community at corner rod that hasn't even been completed ye is already going to put over crowding in the schools as it is. Soon as you put a trailer on one of the schools for over flow the value of the homes will decrease as the schools will lose there quality based on teacher student ratios. Many bought in this area for the schools and paid the higher cost for housing for that very reason. Cobb cannot start to have people feel like a colony of ants or a can of sardines by cramming as many homes as you can to one area.

I oppose the rezoning of the property across from Kemp Elementary School for Windsong Properties.

We DO NOT need more traffic or homes in West Cobb. The congestion is horrible as it is and this will only add more. Enough is enough.

We moved here NOT EAST COBB because of the lower density. We do not want any more of a traffic nightmare than it now is...and worse to come when all the current development is completed. STOP!!! or at least control it!

We are getting way too many over 55 communities. I am over 55 and do not want to see the market glutted. Once over 55 sells these will be become low income slums.

This development is not a good idea, especially across the street from an elementary school. The traffic is already a nightmare at this busy area. You can not get to Dallas highway anytime between the hours of 3:30 and 7:30. Adding this development will only make it worse. Please reconsider and think about the children.

Does anyone who will have a vote on this issue actually live in the affected area? I think not or you'd realize how congested the traffic patterns are currently BEFORE the development of either Kyle Farms or this proposed RSL community. Not to mention the strain on space and resources at our already at capacity schools. Elected officials are supposed to are about more than just the amount of money a developer will throw at them. Quality of life and community is why we have chosen to live out here. If I wanted to fight gridlocked traffic just to go to Publix, I'd move to East Cobb.

I am opposed to changing the zoning. That area is already congested with traffic during rush hours and the Kyle subdivision is t even finished yet. Windsong does not need to be greedy. They already have several properties in West Cobb and Bel Aire is huge!

Please do not consider allowing the rezoning to occur. The school around here are full and senior citizens can move and sell to whoever, it wont stay a senior community in 10+ years...It will add to our huge problem of congestion on Lost Mountain Road and it will lower our property value. NO!
