What is being done to alleviate current traffic concerns on lost mtn road with the planned introduction of Kyle's farm subdivision pending let alone further development in the area.

I oppose the rezoning of the Windsong Properties development.

Adamantly oppose this new development! Do not turn this into an over populated, high traffic area! Too many new developments in a shirt period of time by people who do not live here and have to deal with our overcrowded schools!

This particular intersection needs no More traffic!!!!

Traffic studies need to be completed before this project can be considered.

I oppose this plan. The infrastructure and traffic studies need to be made available to the general public before this or any similar project moves forward. Any needed infrastructure improvements should be completed prior to additional development.

This kind of development will negatively impact the West Cobb area, diminishing the quality of life for existing residents.

Please do not allow hi density housing to be built here. There are plenty of other communities with high density housing and I don't want this to be another one.

I am not against growth in our area, but only AFTER the infrastructure, ie. widening the roads, new schools, etc. has been addressed. Please don't wait until after the problems start to fix them, but work proactively towards new growth.

Stop over developing west Cobb.

The infrastructure cannot accommodate this!! West Cobb traffic is already ridiculous. Also, with so many new developments in this area already started the market ia going to be flooded. Who is going to buy all if these new homes?

We do not want this near our school.

Absolutely opposed--traffic is out-of-control on all roads surrounding this property because none of them have been updated/expanded to address even the current load of vehicles. NO MORE DEVELOPEMENT until current traffic AND the strategic needs for long-term traffic management are planned, funded, and addressed.

Please dont allow anymore building on Corner Road at Lost Mountain. Traffic to/from school is a nightmare now. This year has been the worst year ever. I have seen more wrecks this year as well.

Traffic in this area is already a concern when trying to get our kids to school on time and picking them up. Adding any new construction in the vicinity... that will increase traffic... without a plan to deal with any future traffic problems just gets a no from me.
