We do NOT want a high density development in our area. Please Bob Weatherford, stop this proposed influx.

This area is already congested. We also have a new neighborhood with the potential for approx. 300 new homes (Kyle Farm) under construction across the street from this proposed new property. Our little two-lane road cannot handle all of these extra cars and people. Please consider what is best for the community before you make this decision. Traffic is unbearable in the morning and afternoon. There has also been an increase of accidents.

We do not need additional housing as traffic is a mess already. In addition, the strain on Kemp will be awful for the teachers and students. Do not turn West Cobb into East Cobb. There are plenty of subdivisions under construction already.

Back in 2004 if I wanted to live in a high density area I would have search for a home in the city, We chose West Cobb for a reason. First develop a better road system to ease traffic and then think about adding more housing.

We already have to much traffic in this area. The traffic is terrible for entering the school now. And we have not seen anything from Kyle Farms yet. We need more road improvements before any more rezoning. The zoning board needs to take all of this under consideration.

Unnecessary destruction of property values. Please reconsider the negative impact this will have on nearby properties.

This area already experiences extremely congested traffic flow. This type of development will only exasperate an the current situation.

We do not need another subdivision here.
Traffic is terrible already. Kemp does not need more kids-packed enough. This will damage property values of existing subdivisions. Enough is enough.

We live about a quarter of a mile away from Kemp Elementary and in the morning traffic on Corner Road is so bad that we cannot get in and out of our neighborhood. Our kids ride the bus, but the bus is stuck in traffic! NO to any new development across from Kemp, especially high density housing, 136 homes??!?

Traffic already backs up in this area from 7:15am-8:30am and again in the afternoons. It is bad enough that the Kyle Farms development will add to this; we don't need more.

I do not support the addition of a high density property at the intersection of Corner Road and Lost Mountain Road.

Traffic is horrible already and I also don't want a great school to have to worry about additional safety issues. I moved out to Powder Springs to get away from Atlanta congestion!!!
