Uncontrolled, high density housing developments will diminish the wonderful culture and beautiful environment of this neighborhood which is what attracted us to invest in it.

this is way over kill for our area, with another over 50+ around the corner on Bullard Rd. Move to FL like the others :)

Please do not put anymore large developments in this area. Additional congestion and gridlock will only continue to compromise the safety of our children and our community.

No more development!!! It's already WAY too congested, especially right in front of the school. It's AWFUL traffic already. In the mornings traffic is completely gridlocked, especially now that the school won't let children in until 7:15 am. People trying to get to work from Echo Mill can't even get past the school because school traffic completely shuts down Corner Road until they open up the carpool lane. Turning left out of the school is always difficult and I can only imagine if there will be additional traffic and a neighborhood entrance to contend with. Do NOT vote for this development!!!!!

No to the R-20 request. The traffic in this area is a mess already - without the addition of the new Kyle Farms subdivision being added.

West Cobb is already over whelmed by traffic from Paulding county and the charm of West Cobb is being destroyed by over development now! Bob Kroner 1091 Poplar Springs Rd

Infrastructure and traffic are the two main concerns, with safety of our children close behind. Please do NOT rezone this area for the high-density housing.

Moved to West Cobb 13 years ago to avoid the congestion of East Cobb. At the time was informed there was a moratorium on new subdivisions due to infrastructure concerns which is why there was such strong growth in East Paulding county. The decision by Cobb County's commissioners to build a stadium for the Braves has completely opened the flood gates of new subdivisions in West Cobb near Lost Mountain and Mars Hill Road to help generate tax revenue. The combined impact of all these new developments on our schools and traffic is still yet to be felt. Thanks but no thanks.
