Traffic is biggest concern. Lack of completed sidewalks or bike lanes. Now that Hillgrove changed their traffic pattern, you cannot get out of Oakleigh after 7:45am as it is.

No! No! No! This is all about greed!!!! There is NO concern about environment or quality of life for what is already here. Traffic is already a nightmare and there are WAY to many new subdivisions and retirements going up in this part of Cobb County. STOP the madness!

I am strongly against this new development. Traffic getting to Kemp is completely ridiculous already and will undoubtedly get worse when the homes in Kyle Farm are completed. Please, Please, Please don't make it any worse!

Common sense says "No" to this regioning request. The area is already going to be impacted by the community that is in development already. There are already up to three senior living places being built in the surrounding area that are not completed yet.

Traffic is already horrible at this intersection and about to get worse when Kyle farm is finished building. Please reconsider adding new development in an already congested area
