A vehemently NO vote. Jon Maricondo, Agnes Krupa, and Rafiq Keshwani sum it up nicely. The builder chose an ideal time to sneak in a change when everyone would be concerned with Thanksgiving giving little thought to any change. Would the developer be happy to move into one of those houses on a permanent basis?

I oppose the rezoning attempt of Kyle Farms. It is not in keeping with traditional homes/neighborhoods in the area and to throw this in, at what seems as a backdoor attempt, at the last moment appears to circumvent existing country zoning rules and regulations. OPPOSED.

Not in support of rezoning. The proposed plan is not compatible with surrounding properties.

This is a blatant attempt by the developer to circumvent the existing regulations and should be denied emphatically.

I say no to Z57! This would set a precedent for all future subdivision builds, allowing mixed build neighborhoods. Plus, with a different tax structure in place for seniors, this would only create confusion for schools when determining who's exempt and who's not from paying county property taxes.

I didn’t want this neighborhood here to begin with let alone changed the way they’re trying to.

This is just not fair for the people who have already bought houses there. If they want to make any changes then first refund everyone the money for their homes. They were showed something else and after their purchase now you want to change everything, it’s simply not fair to existing home owners.

This is a travesty, and should be shot down 5-0.

No to more overcrowding and adding to danger in this West Cobb area.
