This is not a well thought plan. Mixing RSL into a family neighborhood defeats the purpose of RSL zoning.

Vote no to the rezoning. Stop over-building. Our roads cannot handle our current traffic bottle-necks as it is. Preserve our land. Stop cutting down so many trees. Cut spending to increase revenue. Stop raising our taxes.

VOTE NO! Weatherford was defeated because of his attitude of “Developers First” for District 1. Please do not allow him to go out with this. Staff is against this and it has not been properly vetted.

Should not pass as there are guidelines that have not been followed.

I am against the rezoning of Kyle Farms for the construction of RSLS. Not enough time and input from the community has been allowed. People in our community are very concerned about the overgrowth in our community. Please do not allow this to proceed without community knowledge and input. Thank you.

This zoning is just one more example of how the developers are ruling the day. Our BOC is out of control on zoning. If the Code and FLU doesn't fit they just amend it. THIS MUST STOP

NO to this backhanded attempt to bamboozle District 1 residents. The builder knew the rules and now wants a secret change to be made so he can make more money at the expense of adding more traffic to already congested roads. Besides, it would be a dangerous precedent for all of Cobb County.

More corruption in politics. Please vote NO on this backhanded attempt add more vehicles to our roads so the builder can make more money. The builder knew the rules going in, and needs to abide by them.

What the developer is doing is unconscionable.

The request should be denied pending real presentation of hardship. Wanting more money is not a hardship.

BOC must deny. Developers and BOC must honor the standards and decisions in place. BOC must not allow District 1 to be The Wild Wild ‘North’ West. This developer knows he must get approval before the end of “____” term of office. He’s doing his best to make a mess of District 1 before he leaves office. Hopefull, the rest of the BOC will be honorable and deny this and all of the other outlandish developments he is supporting.

Don't make our zoning like the elections, allowing last minute changes after the decision is made.

This subdivision is already platted at the courthouse; don't change this now--dangerous precedent for the rest of the county!
