The zoning should not be changed for this development!

I can't believe this. I was on the Oakleigh HOA back in 2005 when the original z167 zoning was agreed too. A deal is a deal.

I am opposed to any type of last minute changes to zoning. The previous zoning was established and approved as it was for a reason. And before any other zoning is approved for new building in this area, the county needs to make changes to the roads to accommodate the flow of traffic.

Adding more homes will further increase over crowding on the roads that are already a nightmare

This is zoned CS and for a reason. We don’t want to target West Cobb as the Palm Springs for retirees, we need tax dollars and families to keep the area thriving for new developments if they meet the land use standards.

I oppose the development.

I do not agree with this type of housing going in here... it will affect the general flow of the community...

I’m a resident in Oakleigh Subdivision and am against the resining request. Smaller lots will decrease home values, and will also add more traffic to an already busy Lost Mountain Rd. Please Vito NO.

I ask that you deny the rezoning request for Kyle Farms. It is an overcrowded, overburdened area and certainly does not need more homes added to this development.

This is not what has been agreed upon in court!

The existence of this community will already greatly increase traffic in a very congested area. We should not consider increasing the number of homes in this area any further. I am against this rezoning measure. Please do the right thing for the citizens of this community. Thanks
