West Cobb is getting way more homes, than it has streets to hold all of the cars. I strongly disagree with this zoning request.

Approval of changing an already platted subdivision has countywide implications. I would appreciate the BOC rejecting this proposal. In addition, it has not gone through planning nor staff process. Irregular procedures in zoning should not reward Ed with approval.

I strongly oppose this attempt to change the land use restrictions for Kyle Farms. I also oppose the methods that the developer is using to push this forward without community involvement and proper county procedures.

The growth in this area is overwhelming! Traffic is already a major issue.

Laws are laws, and rules are rules, are not for everyone but a select few. This needs to stop now. Developer knew what was agreed to and can't pull this last minute stunt.

Please do not allow PMH to build more homes than now legally allowed. We need the green space more than PMH needs the profit.

I am a registered voter in Cobb County, Carrie Rae Hoffert, 1145 Bowerie Chase, Powder Springs, GA. I live in the Oakleigh Development directly adjacent to the Kyle Farm Subdivision. I OPPOSE any further changes to the Current Plan of development in the Kyle Farm Subdivision. This has already been decided in a Court of Law and we do not wish to be forced into further litigation over this matter, but are willing if needed. Further if this matter is NOT handled properly by the planning commission at this time once and for all it will also become necessary to strongly consider the need to remove any and all commissioners that support ANY changes to the Kyle Farm subdivision plan. Enough is enough, NO to any changes in this or the Windsong McConnell Green plans.
All of our communities surrounding the Lost Mountain Road and Dallas Highway areas have already been over burdened by the subsequent development plans and the INCREASED Traffic patterns.
Again, Your duty is to vote NO on the developers request. Carrie Rae Hoffert

Aming other concerns, this is in direct violation of our county RSL regulations!

People buy their home based on a land use plan. It is very wrong to place this inappropriate zoning in the middle of this residential neighborhood.
