We the undersigned, Are customers, fans and supporters of the original and award-winning science-fiction Show: Babylon 5 which initially was broadcast from 1993 to 1998. We would like to respectfully request that the fan-made, not-for-profit audio production: "Novo Babylonia" be allowed to distribute original scripted works in MP3 format through iTunes and Self Hosted Websites for no fee or costs in any form. If Warner Bros Television would like to charge a fee to facilitate the "Novo Babylonia" project continuing, please could they provide costings and other relevant information to the "Novo Babylonia" staff at admin@novo-b.com. The "Novo Babylonia" staff are looking forward to working with Warner Brothers Television and it's agents in addressing concerns in relation to Copyright, Intellectual Property Rights and Brand Impact. We the undersigned also declare that this project fills a necessary need in the fan-base for more Babylon 5 related material and content and would like this to be taken into consideration regardless of the outcome with the "Novo Babylonia" project.
