Please do not enact this ordinance. It is unfair to the boat owners who want to have a boat on their property. Parking a boat off-site is an undue burden, particularly in view of the current epidemic.

No HOA. One of the main attractions to this neighborhood was that it was NOT an HOA. My wife and I have a family owned brokerage, and many of our clients who have purchased in our neighborhood ALL love that there is NO HOA.

This is ridiculous, we can not have a boat or rv within our property line. What’s the purpose of owning a home if we have no privacy within our property.
