HOA free homes should not be converted to HOA restricting what you can do on your property.

As a 20 and a half year home owning, tax paying and law abiding Citizen of Pembroke Pines, i oppose any movement to to any kind of HOA- one of the reasons we bought a home here.

We're in the middle of a pandemic, when everyone's futures are uncertain. Now is not the time to ask the city to enforce unnecessary restrictions with costly fees.

I am petitioning for the permission to park personal watercraft and campers in front of my property because it is discrimination that the other side of Taft street is allowed to park theirs in front of their home. It also wrong to not allow commercial vehicles that are primary forms of transportation in front of our homes. The matter at hand really means a lot to me and my family.

Since HOA lost it authority when deed restrictions expired..How gave them the right to speak for all residents and request city to take control and add codes rest of pine aren't under

After 40 plus years, selective inforcement is not good for anyone.
