UNFORTUNATELY the board did not renew the deed restrictions before the expiration date as required by law. The act specifically states how to revitalize the restrictions by majority vote of the affected homeowners in the community and legal filings that will be expensive. The attorneys hired by the board to advise them on this matter came to that conclusion. Paul if the majority of the homeowners want these reinstated then let us vote on it, as required by law. Otherwise, see you in court.
