While professors from top law schools concluded the following: * Prop. 8 clearly discriminates against gay men and lesbians. * Prop. 8 would have no effect on the tax exemptions of churches. * Prop. 8 would have no effect on teaching or the protection of parental rights already provided by state law, Wolfe's Market, through the owner and manager, supported Proposition 8 by donating at least $4,000, perpetuating falsehoods and fear-mongering, resulting in the loss of rights for California residents. As a result, this document is a statement that the undersigned do not wish to shop at Wolfe's Market.
