NATO operates only I the interests of the Oligarchy of the US. It does not respect the soverignity of other nations. Is there ANYONE who still believes the US lies about their 'regieme changes' being in the interests of democracy or the welfare of other nations? As it is, we are shamed to belong to NATO. It makes us a vassal state of the US. It is NOT in the interests of Canada. It makes us complicit in the bullying of the rest of the world by the USA. We need out now. We need intelligent, sane, circumspect foreign policy with Russia, China, and the rest of the world, and NOT dictated to us by Washington in the interests of their corporate control and profits. We need to stand with the UN. We need out of NATO, which acts as the posse for that world bully, Washington.
NATO is the 'posse' that enables US violence in the world. With over 1000 military bases worldwide, this is US Imperialistic ambitions on a scale the world has never seen before. The US is why the world is unstable. Their relentless 'regieme changes' and their propaganda will bring us to nuclear war. NATO is responsible for millions of deaths of innocent people worldwide. It is time we stopped buying into this crap.

NATO operates as vassal states of the USA who essentially calls the shots, mainly as their backup as they use their CIA to destabilize other countries and implement their 'regime changes' under the guise of 'assisting democracy'. ( as they have done countless times; most recently in Syria, and the Ukraine). NATO is a shame. Canada needs to get out of this shameful relationship, which essentially allows the US to dictate our foreign policy.
