If this happens what happens to the good armature players they will never get the chance to progress if both teams are successful why change it oh yes it's financial so please just leave it alone

The problem isn't the U19s, it's the big step-up to SL. A merger won't solve that.

This is wrong to do to even think of such an idea is a sin. Heritage of both clubs will be forgotten, rivalry in the league will never be big again if this happens. #fightforhullblackandwhite

This merger is wrong whichever way you look at it. I do not want our talented youth sides being associated with hull kr in any way shape or form.

Absolutely NO to merger. The Derby is what makes Hull as a town unique. The young lads need that sense of passion from the beginning

Both Hull academies are great sides who show so much passion, why would we take that away? Think we should all stick together and support the lads in their final 2 derbys

I support FC, not Rovers. Why give help to an organisation that wants my team to fail. Also, where is the benefit to FC, with an outstanding setup already? Where is the business sense in merging with a lesser organisation? Pointless!!

Kath crippled our academy. After just 4 years it is just staring to come good with payers developing on the fringe of the first team and the the owner wants to spanner it! If its cost saving be honest. I can see nothing to do with developing the best, what about late developers?

This youth setup merger is taking children from a safe environment and putting them on the street as they are not good enough at Rugby. It is also diluting rivalry going back for longer than I can even begin to remember. I am against the Merger.

Why when our academy is doing so well
