I won’t be going to see the blue and gold’s next season, in fact I’ll have nothing to do with them, funnily enough, Hull FC teams merged with Rovers and playing in Leeds colours don’t do much for me!!! Believe me, after years of antagonism, mocking, goading and downright bloody mindedness from everyone from their fans right up to their chairman, I just can’t suddenly embrace them or go along with any sort of MERGER!

End of an era, if this goes ahead, we'll all stop going, that's 6 less season passes. Local amateur rugby for us. With our under 19's sitting third and to king their Leeds counterparts, the only limitations on bringing players through has been our useless coach.

Money talks! Pearson would sell his granny to the highest bidder! Get some better coaches in place who can develop the players from Under 19's to the 1st team. The "lack of talent quote" is bollocks! #NoToHullMerger

The thought of all teams except the 1st team playing in blue and yellow kits in cohorts with Hull KR is a disgrace regardless of whether it is a money saving scheme or not.

No kids will want to play! If it's a merger- why not have FC going to hull kr?? It's a take over not merger!!Disgusting what's happening. How can 57 lads develop when only 17 can play????? Giving them less game time cannot improve development!!!!!!!

Our academy seems to be doing OK to me, why help them? All seems a little too sinister, plus I wouldn't trust the Ambulance Chaser with a wooden penny.

absolutely NO to any involvement with Rovers Pearson has crossed the rubicon and done the unthinkable, we have a fabulous under youth set up, what are the dobbins bringing to the table, Hugdell must be laughing his socks off.
