A friend of ours son is 15 years old and had a 2 year contract with hull kr under the new merger his contract has been terminated along with the rest of them. Ps I'm a hull FC fan.

There is no better feeling in sport than play in a winning derby match! To lose that rivalry would be a sad loss not only to Hull but Super League as a whole!

I've supported hull cc all my life my dad took me to my first Derby at the boulevard when I was 14 it was amazing there should always be a derby kept going NO TO THE MERGER !!!!!!

As a rugby fan I find this realm wrong the two teams are both truly historical clubs and merging would destroy the heart of hull even I see that as Featherstone fan

So if there is not enough players for the academy teams now. How is joining together gonna help. There will still be the same amount of players at the end of the day to share out. Do what you can to attract the best players to your team and let the other side fade away.

Every club needs a good derby at any level,for fans and players alike.Merging clubs like this is not the future!!! Fans will just drift away and then where will we be??? Money men making profit should stay away,their killing the game!!
