Very disappointed on decisions on the coaching staff on who played & who made the team there is much potential of the girls that tried out & made the team but yet did not get play time due to politics or bum kissing

No one has the right to abuse their power of position, let alone the trust and belief of the parents that their children are in good hands when in reality these young ladies are suffering verbal and mental abuse. Abuse is abuse doesn't matter in what language, context or situation. The same issue is being seen in the officials that are officiating these kids sporting events! Racial slurs, insults and unfair treatment and favoritism. This is our future that is being damaged. It's time to step up for our youth and demand change.

OHS volleyball girls definitely deserve better! She had a team of great players this year, but unfortunately she doesn’t know how to play her players! We watched her make mistake after mistake every game this year! Then how she speaks down to the girls. Let’s not forget to mention one of the last games how she threw a fit, was flagged by the ref then proceeds to throw her clipboard in anger! What a great example to set for the girls, Coach Smith!

the persons envolved in making the recommendation, should hear and see both sides to make the right move. additude from the coach and team leaders makes for good competition, the other team has the same goal who is on, who gets the calls, along with many other factors come into play

She is a horrible coach. She has had many great athletes play for her and still no results. There needs to be CHANGE. Victoria Smith doesn’t have love for the girls nor volleyball. For example just look at the football team . Kids play different when they have a coach to believe in them. Ohs volleyball will not be able to prosper with her as head coach. We need better leadership.

The Volleyball Coach has not proven why she deserves to be a coach. She obviously does not know what she is doing. These girls have so much talent but she overlooks so many athletes and their talents. She tears the girls down instead of bringing them up.
