The quiet from the other side is wearing me down but I am still spending my evenings drafting letters to the planning office. People are reaching out to tell me how much our local shops mean to them and their stories keep me moving forward.

Seeing this much pushback against the store plans has been exhausting but necessary. This momentum proves that people here care about the future of our village even when the odds feel stacked against us.

too many supermarkets already. leave our village alone.
This will just ruin it for the independent traders who have been here for years. Say no to tesco.
Why do they keep trying to change everything?? We like the village the way it is.
No tesco here thanks. Support the local butchers and bakers instead.
RIDICULOUS idea. There is literally no room for it and the traffic is going to be a total nightmare.
