As the daughter of both a teacher and a superintendent of schools I have always voted in support of the schools for over 30 years as a Randolph resident. I am outraged to learn that my tax dollars might be so poorly spent and whole heartedly sign this petition.

In the Corporate World the most ethical companies instituted Temporary salary cuts for the most highly compensated employees to minimize impact on those people at lower salary levels at difficult time. If she is asking for or accepts a salary increase at this time, it demonstrates a lack of character and leadership

I am astounded that amending a contract that doesn't expire for 4 years is a priority right now. It's tone deaf and self serving given the ongoing pandemic crisis.

15% increase is outrageous taking in consideration that her salary is a top level and the cost of leaving Increase was only 2.6

Alarming and extremely selfish. This increase would amount to approximately three times the salary of a Morris County nurse. If anything, it should be reduced to offset accommodations and equipping the children and teachers of this town during the crisis in any and every way possible. Be "all in" for this district, Fano / Board of Ed. Don't BE the problem. Find a solution.
