This is not a good time for a salary increase.

I got a 2.7% increase at my job. 15% for the Superintendent during this crisis is unnecessary. I’m surprised that she would even accept it at this time!

I lost my job in March due to Covid and have not been rehired to date. This would be an added burden to our already strapped situation as a Randolph taxpayer.

It is not the right time to give a race to the superintendent,! if Randolph Board of Education has the money they should use them for the safety and the well being of the students and the teachers at the schools!

The salaries for superintendent is ridiculously high to begin with. With the high cost of education to tax payers already and the current fiscal emergency, making a discretionary bonus into a permanent addition to salary should be rejected.

More residents should be made aware of these types of raises/contracts.

As an educator I am disgusted by the fact that a superintendent is asking for a raise right now.

Leaders should be compensated for meeting their goals but this doesn’t seem like the appropriate time for this. Support the teachers, students, and front line staff and ensure they have what they need to do their job safely before giving an administrator money.

Not the right time for this. Put the money into making sure schools and teachers are safe. Horrible ethics for a leader to accept a raise at this time. Very selfish person.

This is literally stealing- with schools being closed or limited due to covid, the money should go to making sure students have what they need. Not someone’s pocket.

Absolutely absurd! This woman needs to be fired not given more money. She does not have the respect of the parents nor the teachers. Worst Superintendent ever! Not to mention just the WRONG decision at this time!

Why does it feel like we, the residents, never get a say in this? Even with a petition signed..... It's like it's already decided
