I for one am horrified that you'd suggest she is incompetent because she's a woman.

Compensation professionals would never support this approach. It’s unconscionable that this is even being considered!

We cannot have Marxist lunatics like this making decisions and teaching our children to hate America! This is one dangerous woman along with the rest of the board in Randolph

I agree that there is a lack of confidence that this woman can properly run a school district. The wiping off of holidays is true insanity.

She’s obviously not fit to have a role in education at any level.

I'd likely be indifferent if I had any confidence in her leadership.

She doesn't deserve it yet.

Really like Ms. Fano but these increases are totally off base and reflect a do nothing incompetent BOE.

She is already overpaid for what she has been doing for our schools. What is this proposed increase based on?

This is not the time!

There is a difference between a merit bonus and a 15% salary increase. People are struggling to make ends meet due to Covid, this increase would be obscene at this time. If voting on this issue was allowed, I'd vote NO!

Absolutely not! Most folks who do have a job may not get raises or bonuses. Others have lost their jobs. Ms. Fano should be grateful to have a job and not be so greedy. The % of our tax dollars going to the school budget is ridiculous. Why, to pay salaries like she wants.
