Please consider this petition

I am moving from the neighborhood but this is crazy, dogs bark when they are around other dogs and this will be insane for both neighborhoods. These damn dogs will be heard for at least 1/3 mile radius and I love dogs.

There is no need for another pet spa/facility in this area. With 10 current facilities within 10 miles & 2 new ones being built within 5 miles, there is no need for yet another. There should not be any variances allowed in order to build an unwanted business. Go elsewhere!

This is way too close to our homes. Please find another location.

Strongly oppose. My family moved here for the upscale, family oriented and laid back neighborhood. This will be one more thing added to the neighborhood to detract from the way of life that we love, and reduce the value of our homes.

I strongly oppose this petition. I agree with the noted objection points raised in this petition. That type of business should not be allowed so close to the area residents.

Having just moved to the area, I strongly oppose a zoning exception for a dog kennel, of all things. A dog kennel should be as far from housing that the law allows, not granted an exception to move closer.

JCP is a deed-restricted community with a limit on the number of domestic animals that can be owned, recognizing that excessive numbers of animals are a nuisance and reduce property values in residential areas. We are rightfully concerned about the impact that this facility, which requires a special use permit because it does not fit on the avaialable land per zoning laws, will impact our quality of living in the short term and ability to sell our homes, if needed, in the long. When granting zoning changes, the committee must consider the impact to the existing community, whose needs must outweigh those of the proposed newcomer who *has not yet invested in the area.* Zoning regulations are to protect the area. We want them upheld.

I have lived in JCP The Oaks subdivision for over 15 years. We already have enough issues with cars speeding and making loud noises with there engines going down the street at 55-60 mph when it's 45 mph. I don't want to hear dogs barking all day and all night right near our home. Outdoor dog daycare with 80 kennels outside and more then 160 dogs barking is not what we paid for. This will lower our home values not to mention try selling your house with barking dogs all day. WE DON'T WANT THIS DOG SPA DAYCARE NEAR OUR HOMES. WE WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. PLEASE DON'T APPROVE THIS ZONING.

This is not an appropriate location for a dog kennel.

There are plenty of other places filling the need for boarding and grooming. This is not needed in this area and will negatively impact the neighborhoods.

Live in area. No boarding kennels!

No Dog Kennel in an active neighborhood area.

Don’t need another one. There is a new one at Bartram and Racetrack being built right now.
