Zoning standards are created for a reason and it is to prevent building this type of facility this close to residential properties. Also additional kids will be walking/biking to DCE from Durbin Crossing creating an additional safety issues for kids crossing a business entrance/egress.

There’s already so many accidents at this corner with no right lane to turn onto Veterans from Race Track and it’s really too close to the residential area.

The traffic & pedestrian issues are a huge concern at such a busy intersection. Has a full traffic study been performed here? Also, no need for this in our area with the number available within a 10-15 mile radius.

I love animals, but a busy boarding, daycare, grooming facility in such an already congested location should not be allowed and the zoning should not be changed. There is plenty of available land in not as congested areas of the county that would be a better location for this facility.
