There are 2 new boarding places being built within 5 miles, use those instead of sticking this thing right in the middle of an already busy area, let’s not forget with Patriot Oaks Academy rezoning kids to Durbin Creek Elem the foot traffic in that area is seriously going to increase beginning in August.

I live near that intersection in Pine Chase. The noise and added traffic would not be welcome on this side if Racetrack which is heavily used by Durbin Creek Elementary Children during the school year.

The close proximity of other doggie daycare and boarding facilities lends me to believe that we don't need to amend the rules and ordinances, to accommodate another. Traffic, plus
limited egress is definitely a safety concern. Please don't let this request pass. Thank you.

This will deny us the right to the peaceful enjoyment of our property. The thought of up to 180 dogs barking along with the accompanying smell is unbearable. I have worked too long and too hard to suffer the unquestionable loss of property value. It is obvious the the owners of Luba’s Pet Spa could care less about the quality of life of the JCP tesidents.

There are currently more than enough pet places. Additionally the area has too much traffic that could cause danger to a dog that “accidentally “ got out. The other dog daycare location recently found out what happened when a couple dogs got out, sad but true.

No need for codes to be changed for this purpose, it was designed to protect the residents of the community. Too many boarding facilities in the area do not need any more

Common sense would dictate this type of business should be in a bit more remote area and away from an established neighborhood that could be materially affected.
