Too many children cross this intersection during school. Putting a business here is a terrible ide on top of the noise it could bring to the neighborhood directly behind. Planning fail.

Placement of this business would be better suited where other businesses exists, not in between neighborhoods crammed in a corner in an already high traffic area WITH SCHOOLS TOO! Whomever is in charge of suggesting placement of this business here needs their head checked.

If I lived right there I would not want it in my back yard. I am a dog lover but noise as well as traffic & pedestrian traffic could cause some issues.

As a resident of the Sutton Hollow neighborhood, I am highly opposed to the increase in zoning variance approvals by the county. If only we could go back in time to oppose the current Celestena expansion.

We need a fire station at this corner with all the new residential construction...not a commercial business.
