On Oct. 7, 2011 Councilman John Spain will have a court date because of a fight between him and Mayor Robinson following a council meeting. His behavior is unacceptable and a bad reflection on the citizens of Anniston. Councilman Spain may be impeached and removed from office for the following causes: (1) Willful neglect of duty; (2) Corruption in office; (3) Incompetency; Because of the length of time it would take to go forth with impeachment proceedings, we are asking for Councilman John Spain to voluntarily step down from his position.
