I came here when I retired to relax and enjoy a small town environment sans industrial pollution, noise and traffic. I have read the proposal and strongly feel that this type of venture belongs near a large town...the footprint of this thing will take the northwest quadrant of our nice little town and according to the plan, can add 20% more land without any approval needed. They need to find some other place like Greeley or east Windsor to build this.

This is not what the community is wanting and calling it a park and putting up a sign will not take away the fact that the noise and the sight will still be there. We live in a beautiful small quiet community.

Ridiculous!! There is so much more land other places than to put it right in or by the town.

I'm signing because I have family that live in Severance, Co. and I don't want them to become sick with what this kind of plant will do to the air, water and land there.

Who in their right mind would do this so close to a Elementary, middle school and the site of the future high school. Heck no we don't need that.

Severance is surrounded by farmland. Industrial works inside of Severance would ruin the charm of the small town. I live in Fort Collins and have relatives in Severance, Greeley and Milliken.

I oppose any kind of industrial within the heart of the town or near homes, schools, and downtown. It's ridiculous they would even consider this. To get involved to fight this, please join our private Severance CO Networking group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/SeveranceCoNetwork/ to discuss strategies privately. This will be a general networking group for the voters of Severance, not just for political issues. Thanks :)

Absolutely Not! This will ruin the small town mentality that makes Severance such a nice place to live. I this plant moves forward, myself along with numerous neighbors will sell our homes and move without question.

The residents of Severance have chosen to live here because it's a quiet and peaceful town. This proposed park would change the town from an agriculture based bedroom community to a heavy industry focused town. While there are many thriving communities that have these types of industry at their hub it is not what we have chosen.

We do not need or want a gas plant in our community. This is great area to live away from all the big city problems.

Don't put industrial right next to residential. It is common sense. Town admin jobs should really be reconsidered if they think this is a good idea and actually care about the town of severance.
