Our infrastructure is barely capable of handling the traffic that comes through here now plus landowner has no right to do this without consulting with the neighborhood we can barely take care of what we already have. This is a huge mistake it will pollute our ground it will pollute our air and nobody will want to come live here anymore plus you're setting back the people that already live here. Look what's happened in Cheyenne it stinks and it's awful.

PLEASE DON'T RUIN SEVERANCE & our Baldridge subdivision! It's such a beautiful drive from Ft Collins! Envision driving through beautiful Timnath, & then to Severance…looking more like Commerce City than an idyllic town. It endangers and drastically changes the vision that citizens & Severance Downtown District business owners like me have for this town. It is completely out of line with our idyllic charming Downtown Plan that used to be on the town website (see photo of one image from their plan: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10153537329334120&set=o.1010685438951319&type=1&theater ) Dangerous, heavy industry like this with it's pollution of environment, noise, air, light, would be better suited for locations in the middle of nowhere, and away from towns…ESPECIALLY far away from neighborhoods and schools. The growth decisions of our town should be in the hands of the citizens, not big money. I hope the board has the sense to not pass this, because we will ensure our voices are heard through votes and other means necessary. The OSHA link below shows how serious violations of natural gas plants expose us to hazards about which the employer knew or should have known. Why would this even be considered in the heart of ANY town?? https://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_table=NEWS_RELEASES&p_id=27714

Don't build the plant around houses, let the houses build around the plant.

Please explore more sustainable sources of energy like solar and wind. Natural gas is susceptible to boom and bust cycles. Don't pollute Colorado for short gains.

Bridle Hill would be the perfect spot. When developers build homes in the middle of nowhere, people that support the developer by buying the homes should have no say so when something that belongs in the middle of nowhere needs to be built.

Any particular reason I shouldn't have just moved to Commerce City.

Ridiculous this would even be a consideration. Would destroy this community. I can only hope the board has more sense than to let something like this pass.

We live in the Baldridge neighborhood. I feel if this plant is built it will negatively impact our neighborhood by reducing home prices, and curb appeal. It will be a huge eyesore for the Town of Severance.
