an additional industrial "park" so close to residential homes and in a prestine environment is a flippin ridiculous effort for the soul selfishness of an already rich owner of our community & surrounding areas. I say no to non-family living growth to our beautiful land & homes.

Not in or around town. Go out east. Plenty of empty land out there.

There is no need for a natural gas processing plant in Severance. That would be a town killer! As far as that area being zoned as a business park change it. Zone it to prevent hazardous materials in that area and any other area in town. The town council and the mayor also need to get behind home rule and get that done. If they do not want to protect our community I say recall the Mayor and council then vote in people who care about the safety of our citizens and town. So far the Mayor and council has shown that they cannot keep we the people and town safe.

We are just East of Severance. The proposed development would be directly North of our home. We are not in favor of the proposed erratic land use and lack of industrial park designation. A more appropriate spot should be designated as Industrial and commercial. More specific limitations should also be enforced prior to any approvals.

When do we finally say, "STOP." When do we finally say, "NO MORE." It's time for human life and the earth to come first. Money is not a sufficient justification for what we continue to allow. Please stop it here.

I don't want to see a gas plant in our quite, beautiful little town.

We are a farming community, not an industrial one. We don't need Commerce City here.

The whole reason to move here was to be far away from this kind of industrial danger and eye sore, sounds like the city council should give the money back for even considering such a crazy idea!

Remember there have been no large scale industrial explosions in the USA in the last few years..... Oh wait never mind
