This gas plant does not belong in Severance literally on top of all our homes. Why not go further east where there are no residences?

We do not want a natural gas processing plant in or near our town. We are natives from this county and sick and tired of everyone changing the landscape to this once quiet area.

this isn't the only project that will happen. Jack Schneider has sold lots of property to Martin Lind and has hurt so many owners around severance. The water is coming from Jack Schneider's lakes . Do your homework on the relationship between Jack and Baldridge . Do your homework on Martin Lind, a bank in Greeley that went under, the Go NoCo application that was in sunday paper September 20,2015 look who benefits for all of this ,gee another upgrade to Water Valley, So much more info, behind these deals and we the people are paying the price right now. All info. is public records and we should all know the difference between the lies that we hear at town meetings verses what is really going on .

Do not want or support Energy gas plant proposed for severance, co. It will ruin this nice small farm and home community.

Please do not ruin our livelihood in Severance by building this gas plant. We moved here to be in the pristine, rural community that Severance is and has been. This is an agricultural community, and we don't want to raise our kids in a polluted, heavy industrialized environment. There are schools and residential communities within the "blast" range of this proposed gas plant, and we don't want it here!!

I am pro business and energy. However a gas plant within the boundaries of this family oriented city is not beneficial to the community.

A gas refinery within the city limits of Severance is incompatible with residential neighborhoods. It would degrade the quality of life in Severance, would dramatically decrease property values, and would be potentially very dangerous.

This proposal for a gas refinery so close to residential neighborhoods is unwise because of the potential safety hazards the refinery would bring. The refinery is unwanted because of the degradation of quality of living in the Severance neighborhoods. While we understand the need for energy, a refinery definitely needs to be placed away from population areas. There is ample area in the eastern plains of Colorado for such an industrial park.

I also have substantial public safety concerns associated with the proposed gas processing plant, lowered property values. Site the gas processing plant away from populations centers.

I foresee substantial public safety concerns associated with the proposed gas processing plant, lowered property values, higher property hazard insurance which is already expensive, among other concerns. Industries such as this are needed somewhere, but should sited near population centers.
